Shipping Information

All dresses are made to order. At this time, our pre-order dresses are on a 4 month timeline.

Returns & Refunds

We allow 14 days for exchanges on domestic orders. All pre-orders will be shipped two weeks prior to general sale to allow pre-orders to exchange from our general inventory. Full Transparency: The pre-orders fund our start-up costs and each item is made to order. With that being said, we will only be offering exchanges -- no refunds. In the future, we will review this policy.

International orders: All sales final. No exchanges or returns.

Waiting to see… birthday present!

It is a beautiful dress. It is for my daughter birthday on October 19th so it is still unopened.

I will suggest offering a box for the dress and charging a little extra. I would have done that for a beautiful box to use for the gift.
