The Dream Dress in Oopsie Daisy Orange - IN STOCK NOW!

I cannot deny that this dress is absolutely stunning - I've never had as many compliments on an outfit as I did with this dress (many people recognised it as the twirling dress from Tiktok). It photographs beautifully, and I now have very special memories with it, as my boyfriend proposed to me the first time I was wearing it.

I was very nervous to order this, as I'm from the UK, so returns/exchanges are complicated. I was a size 4-6 in bust and 2-4 in waist, so went for the size 4, and it fits well. There's definitely ease in the bust, so it isn't too tight, and the waist is slightly big, but doesn't affect the look, as the skirt is so big. I should also mention that the wonderful people at the warehouse held back sending this for me, until my vacation date, which was really appreciated!

I do however want to point out a couple concerns. I expected this to be a pretty lightweight dress, with tulle petticoats, but this is HEAVY (like over 2 pounds in weight). This means it's not super comfortable to wear in hot weather, and I'm worried that the weight of the skirt will distort the waistline over time/wear. The mesh in the skirts is also more of a horsehair braid, so is really stiff and not very comfortable against the body or when sitting down. I am used to wearing uncomfortable pieces and will still 100% wear this dress, but can imagine it wouldn't be great for people with sensory issues, and wish this had been flagged somewhere. If I was to buy another piece from this brand, I would probably go for a Journey dress, as it probably wouldn't be so heavy or stiff.

HOWEVER, I want to finish with how wonderful this piece is, and how glad I am that I bought it. I just wanted to flag my concerns, as I hadn't seen them mentioned by anyone else <3
