Shipping Information

All dresses are made to order. At this time, our pre-order dresses are on a 4 month timeline.

Returns & Refunds

We allow 14 days for exchanges on domestic orders. All pre-orders will be shipped two weeks prior to general sale to allow pre-orders to exchange from our general inventory. Full Transparency: The pre-orders fund our start-up costs and each item is made to order. With that being said, we will only be offering exchanges -- no refunds. In the future, we will review this policy.

International orders: All sales final. No exchanges or returns.

I absolutely love the dress, but I think I have to be one of the few people who doesn't like the poofiness of it 😅. The stiffess of the crinoline was definitely uncomfortable for me. I will 100% order from here again, but will probably go for a Journey dress instead. Lol.

Pretty%21 But some suggestions…

Full disclosure%2C I am still working on my this out with customer service. The middle of the zipper gets stuck%2C and while the dress is beautiful and twirling is SO fun%2C the zipper is sewn onto the modesty underskirt%2C causing the back to lift up and almost show my bum when I twirl%21 This doesn’t need to make sense.
