Introducing our newest collection to the Chelsea Reece lineup, The Journey dress. Beautiful, breathable, and accessible for everyone, The Holiday Journey dress is a Polyester version of our classic dream dress with a few exciting changes. It’s perfect for adventures big or small, and reminds us that life’s not about the destination, but the journey along the way.

May your days be merry and bright! The Journey Dress in Holiday is the diamond of the season. It makes us think of chestnuts roasting on an open fire and sleigh rides through the snow. We encourage you to twirl through every exploration wearing this tartan plaid.

The Journey dress features a corset back along with a side zipper. The side zipper helps the dress maintain its shape, while the corset back can be adjusted to best fit your silhouette. The Journey dress contains synthetic horse hair netting (not from real horses) under the skirt to maintain its shape and allow for maximum twirl-ibility (in place of the crinoline lining featured in our Dream dress.) This change makes the dress not only more affordable, but also more practical for daily wear. 

Journey has built-in bra cups, our classic four way stretch underskirt, and, of course, pockets. The dress is made of Polyester and cotton-linen natural fibers (just like our Chelsea dress) and may encounter some shrinkage if put in a machine dryer. We recommend sizing up and line drying.

Our mission of making elegance and empowerment an essential through fashion will always be at the core of what we do. We are thrilled to be bringing this new, more accessible option to the Chelsea lineup that will hopefully allow even more people to twirl. Shipping Information

All dresses are made to order. At this time, our pre-order dresses are on a 4 month timeline.

Returns & Refunds

We allow 14 days for exchanges on domestic orders. All pre-orders will be shipped two weeks prior to general sale to allow pre-orders to exchange from our general inventory. Full Transparency: The pre-orders fund our start-up costs and each item is made to order. With that being said, we will only be offering exchanges -- no refunds. In the future, we will review this policy.

International orders: All sales final. No exchanges or returns.

The perfect holiday dress!

It’s so cute and absolutely perfect for the holidays! My favorite part is definitely the corset. I have some issues with the dream dress because my bust size is smaller than their smallest size but with the Journey dress that is no longer an issue. I can’t wait to buy more Journey dresses and hope there will be more colors so I can have a closet full of Journey dresses one day!

Where do I start?? Im a first time buyer and I will need to restrain myself (and my wallet) because this dress has it all. Pockets, soft, tie back, straps that don’t create that weird armpit fat moment. I will definitely be back! I am a 10/12 in most clothes- I am 5’10’’ and usually wear a size 10 in jeans (reference: AE and Old Navy), am a B cup and around 165lbs. The 10/12 fits perfectly! I tie the back a little but it’s stunning on. Not short for my tall body!

Don’t love the zipper but this dress is DEVINE!

I had a difficult time zipping this dress. If I had help maybe it would have zipped up more quickly. But once on, this dress is magic! Can’t wait to wear this for Christmas! I also got the matching bow which is great! Overall, I want every dress in every color!
