Introducing our newest collection to the Chelsea Reece lineup, The Journey dress. Beautiful, breathable, and accessible for everyone, The Journey dress is a linen version of our classic dream dress with a few exciting changes. It’s perfect for adventures big or small, and reminds us that life’s not about the destination, but the journey along the way.

The Journey Dress in Mansion Moss is our signature color. It makes us think of frolicking on rolling green hills and traveling through lush forests. We encourage you to twirl through every exploration wearing this gorgeous green.

The Journey dress features a corset back along with a side zipper. The side zipper helps the dress maintain its shape, while the corset back can be adjusted to best fit your silhouette. The Journey dress contains synthetic horse hair netting (not from real horses) under the skirt to maintain its shape and allow for maximum twirl-ibility (in place of the crinoline lining featured in our Dream dress.) This change makes the dress not only more affordable, but also more practical for daily wear. 

Journey has built-in bra cups, our classic four way stretch underskirt, and, of course, pockets. The dress is made of cotton-linen natural fibers (just like our Chelsea dress) and may encounter some shrinkage if put in a machine dryer. We recommend sizing up.

Shipping Information

All dresses are made to order. At this time, our pre-order dresses are on a 4 month timeline.

Returns & Refunds

We allow 14 days for exchanges on domestic orders. All pre-orders will be shipped two weeks prior to general sale to allow pre-orders to exchange from our general inventory. Full Transparency: The pre-orders fund our start-up costs and each item is made to order. With that being said, we will only be offering exchanges -- no refunds. In the future, we will review this policy.

International orders: All sales final. No exchanges or returns.

I’m 5ft, 150lb and usually order between a medium or large. I ordered a 6 and it fits. It is a little tight around my top but, the shop recommends to size up and I’m a 36DDD so, this happens to me. I didn’t size up because I didn’t want it all around too loose. The quality of the dress, fabrics, and the color are fantastic !! It matches the picture exactly as advertised. Love it and I will be purchasing more.

A little trouble with the zipper but OMG! Once I got it on, I cannot describe how amazing this dress is. For sizing, go by your bust size. I picked my bust size and ordered a 1X. It fit like a glove. No need for a bra. This keeps you in place by some sort of sorcery. And the color! This color complements my skin tone so perfectly, I feel like this dress was made for me! I also bought the holiday dress and I love is just as much. I want every dress in every color!
