POLICIES:

As a start-up company, every order is considered an investment towards building our brand. Because of this, there are no returns and no refunds however we do exchanges up to 14 days. 

ABOUT PRE-ORDERS:

Pre-Order items are products from our most recent collections that can be reserved before they are in-stock and ready to ship from our warehouse. When you are purchasing a Pre-Order item you will be among the first to reserve a product in your preferred style and size. When we launch a Pre-Order item, those Pre-Orders will be collected and sent to the manufacturer to start the production of the dresses. We are currently operating on a 4 month timeline with most Pre-Orders, however those items may potentially arrive sooner or later than estimated. Because our dress quantities are ordered based off of our Pre-Orders, we do not offer refunds - only store credit or exchanges. If you have questions about the Pre-Order timelines for a specific dress, you can find that information in the product description for that product on our website, or you can reach out to our Customer Experience team for more information.

Will you sell this pattern?

This dress pattern is my baby and my business. I am not currently planning on selling rights to the pattern or making it easy for someone to make a cheap knock off. I am thankful you love my design, but I hope you can understand what I'm trying to build with it.

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes! We ship international however there are no exchanges, no returns, and no refunds on international orders. 

What is your exchange/return policy? 

14 days for exchanges. Full Transparency: The pre-orders fund our start-up costs. With that being said, we will only be offering exchanges -- no refunds. In the future, we will review this policy.

Can I change my address or my size before shipping? 

Absolutely. Please contact crew@chelseareece.com to make any changes to your order prior to shipping.

If I ordered multiple items, will they all ship together?

For domestic orders with multiple items, items will be shipped out when they are received at the warehouse and may be shipped out separately. Generally, in-stock items will be shipped out once the order is processed at the warehouse, and pre-order items will be shipped out once they are received at the warehouse. If you ordered in-stock bows, crewnecks, etc., they will be shipped with your pre-orders, unless otherwise requested. Customers may request in-stock items to be held with the entire order to be shipped together by contacting crew@chelseareece.com. 

For international orders, all items on the order will be shipped together to reduce shipping costs and import fees for the customer. In-stock items will be held until the entire order is ready to ship. We recommend placing separate orders for in-stock items and pre-order items to ensure that you get your dresses as soon as they are ready. If you placed an order with multiple items and would like your in-stock items shipped out when they are ready for an additional shipping cost, contact crew@chelseareece.com.
