Introducing the Blair skirt. The first pencil skirt to join the Chelsea Reece catalog, the Blair skirt is classy and stylish. 

The Blair skirt in Holiday Plaid is an effervescent style full of holiday cheer. Decked out in bright reds and greens, this tartan fabric is merry and bright. Whether you’re making cookies, trimming a tree, lighting a menorah, or roasting chestnuts on an open fire, Holiday Plaid is the epitome of merriment. 

The Blair skirt sits comfortably on your waist for a flattering high rise fit. The skirt hits around mid thigh for a flirty and fun look while still being elegant. It has a zipper in the back for a comfortable fit and of course, it has pockets! This style is available in US sizes 0-28.

The estimated shipping date of approximately four months is provided by our vendors and it is only an estimate. We cannot make any guarantees on the actual delivery date but will do our very best to keep the information as updated and accurate as possible. Shipping Information

All dresses are made to order. At this time, our pre-order dresses are on a 4 month timeline.

Returns & Refunds

We allow 14 days for exchanges on domestic orders. All pre-orders will be shipped two weeks prior to general sale to allow pre-orders to exchange from our general inventory. Full Transparency: The pre-orders fund our start-up costs and each item is made to order. With that being said, we will only be offering exchanges -- no refunds. In the future, we will review this policy.

International orders: All sales final. No exchanges or returns.
