Introducing a new addition to the most popular Chelsea Reece collection, The Journey dress in Rory. Beautiful, breathable, and accessible for everyone, The Journey dress is a more casual version of our classic dream dress with a few exciting changes. It’s perfect for adventures big or small, and reminds us that life’s not about the destination, but the journey along the way.

The Journey dress in Rory is regal, yet playful. Stemming from Celtic stories, it symbolizes noble and brave leaders that have existed throughout time. It also reminds us of a witty and bright Rory that has held a special place in our hearts since 2000. This dress encourages us to lead with grace and fearlessness. The striking green and blue tartan stands out in the crowd and is perfect for all seasons.

The Journey dress features a corset back along with a side zipper. The side zipper helps the dress maintain its shape, while the corset back can be adjusted to best fit your silhouette. The Journey dress contains synthetic horse hair netting (not from real horses) under the skirt to maintain its shape and allow for maximum twirl-ibility (in place of the crinoline lining featured in our Dream dress.) This change makes the dress not only more affordable, but also more practical for daily wear. 

The Journey has built-in bra cups, our classic four way stretch underskirt, and, of course, pockets. The dress is 100% polyester.
