4. Orders, Pre-Orders & Payments
- Ordering: All orders are a commitment to purchase the selected items. Payment is processed at the time of order confirmation.
- Pre-Orders: Pre-orders allow you to reserve items before they are in stock. Production takes approximately 4 months, but timelines may vary. We do our best to provide accurate estimates and updates. Pre-orders are eligible for store credit or exchange only—no refunds are offered for these items.
- Pricing: Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
5. Shipping & Returns
- Shipping: We aim to ship in-stock items within 3–5 business days. Pre-order items ship upon arrival at our warehouse.
- Returns: Items may be returned within 14 days, provided they are unworn and in new condition. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.
6. Product Information
- Accuracy: We strive to ensure accurate descriptions and images. However, minor differences may occur due to lighting, monitor settings, or fabric dye variations.
- Intellectual Property: All content, including product designs, images, and logos, is protected and may not be used without our permission.
7. VIP Membership Terms
- Membership Fees: VIP Memberships are available at $19.99/month or $179.99. Fees are billed automatically based on the plan selected at sign-up.
- Benefits: Members enjoy free domestic shipping, free domestic returns, exclusive discounts, loyalty rewards, and one free dress repair per year.
- Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting crew@chelseareece.com. Monthly memberships will not be refunded for partial months. Annual memberships are non-refundable.
- Changes to Benefits: We reserve the right to modify VIP benefits at any time with notice provided to members.
8. Limitation of Liability
Chelsea Reece is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our website or products.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Utah. Disputes will be resolved under these laws.
