The Journey dress in Palace Purple is a vibrant vision of beauty and grace. Purple has been a symbol for monarchs and royalty throughout centuries, and this dress is no exception. You’ll feel like you jumped out of sidewalk chalk art or your favorite hand drawn animation cell wearing the Twirl Skirt in Palace Purple

The Journey dress features a corset back along with a side zipper. The side zipper helps the dress maintain its shape, while the corset back can be adjusted to best fit your silhouette. The Journey dress contains synthetic horsehair netting (not from real horses) under the skirt to maintain its shape and allow for maximum twirl-ibility (in place of the crinoline lining featured in our Dream dress.) This change makes the dress not only more affordable, but also more practical for daily wear. 

Journey has built-in bra cups, our classic four way stretch underskirt, and, of course, pockets. The dress can be washed but may encounter some shrinkage if put in a machine dryer. NOTE: this dress uses a different fabric from the original linen we debuted this dress in. Fabric composition listed bellow.

Shell:96% polyester 4% elastane
Lining: 100% polyester

Care Instructions:
Gentle wash in cool water
Do not bleach
Hang to dry
Low iron if needed

Shipping Information

At this time, all pre-order dresses are made to order and take approximately 6 months to ship to the customer. Once the dresses pass final inspection and are recieved at our warehouse, orders will be shipped out in chronological order.

Returns & Refunds

We allow 14 days for exchanges or store credit on domestic orders.

International orders: All sales final. No exchanges or returns.

Perfectly Purple 💜

This dress is everything I hoped for! I've been saving for a Journey Dress for months and was so glad to finally have a chance to grab one in stock. It arrived quickly and was well packaged with love.
It fits like a glove! It's also beyond comfy and I was able to wear it for hours in Walt Disney World!
It photographs beautifully and I can't wait to take it on all my upcoming adventures!

Fairy princess dress of my dreams

I’m obsessed! This is the perfect lavender. I love how much volume the skirt has without feeling hot or bulky. The corset back is a cool feature. However, I do wish it came all the way down to the waistline instead of stopping above so that I could cinch the waist in fully.
