When will mystery grab bags be released? How long will they be available?

  • Mystery Dress bags will be available starting Friday, November 28th, 2025 at 12 am MST. Promotion ends on Sunday, November 30th, 2025 at 11:59 pm MST.  Quantities and availability are while supplies last, so we recommend to snag what you want! 

What sizes are available?

  • All sizes are available upon launch. Until supplies last.

Is there a limit to how many mystery bags I can order?

  • One mystery bag per dress, per order.

What is the policy on returns or exchanges for mystery bags

  • All sales are FINAL on mystery bag items. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.
  • The regular dress will still be eligible for returns for store credit/exchanges
  • We cannot exchange or alter an order once it has been placed.
  • Please email our dedicated Customer Care team at crew@chelseareece.com if you have any questions about your order.
    • Please be advised that it may take longer than normal to get a response due to the high volume of mystery bag questions.

When will my order(s) ship?

Shipping Details

If you live in the United States, we provide 2 shipping options for our ready to ship products. Standard will typically take 3-4 business days, and Economy will typically take 5-8 business.

In terms of pre-orders, it may take up to 4-6 months from the drop date. Once the dresses pass final inspection and are received at our warehouse, orders will be shipped out in chronological order.
