Shipping Information

All dresses are made to order. At this time, our pre-order dresses are on a 4 month timeline.

Returns & Refunds

We allow 14 days for exchanges on domestic orders. All pre-orders will be shipped two weeks prior to general sale to allow pre-orders to exchange from our general inventory. Full Transparency: The pre-orders fund our start-up costs and each item is made to order. With that being said, we will only be offering exchanges -- no refunds. In the future, we will review this policy.

International orders: All sales final. No exchanges or returns.

Would like to say first off that I own multiple of these bows and they are beautifully made. Very sturdy and I love that I have a matching accessory to go with my dresses. The 3 stars is for the customer service. I was sent a wrong colored bow and when I let them know, the one I actually wanted was out of stock so I couldn't do an exchange and was then basically told to 'enjoy' the incorrect one I was sent. No offer of resolution. Had to initiate a return on my own after telling them I wanted to send the incorrect one back for a refund and receiving no response.

I'm impressed!
I've heard from past reviews that it goes well even with thick curly hair which is what I have and so far its holding up well!

Normally the bows I tried in the past, their clips would break off or would slide off my hair.
This has been staying on even on windy days!

I love being able to wear the bow whenever I want with casual clothes so I can feel like a princess every day. 🎀✨💕
