Not for petite women.

For context, I am 5'3, 36in bust-29in waist-39in hip. I ordered a size 6 according to the size chart.

If you have full hips/bottom like me, this dress is not for you. I had to cut out the built-in shorts to be able to put the dress on over my head because I cannot get it up past my hips. I also had no need for the shorts since the dress comes down mid-thigh since I am petite. Oh, and because I had to cut the shorts out, the dress is now itchy where there is no lining.

Once I finally had the dress on, the fit from the bust upwards was awful. The neckline keeps gaping at the back seam and the neckline. I suspect the issue is that the waist of the dress sits lower than my natural waist because when I pin the straps about 2inches above my shoulders, the fit is much better although the neckline is now choking me. If you're petite with a long torso, this might not be an issue for you.

I love the way both of my Princess Puff dresses fit, so I was super disappointed how bad the fit was for me with this one. The return policy is currently no refunds, so I'm stuck with an uncomfortable and ill-fitted dress. My only option is to hopefully alter the straps and neckline, but for the price, that's pretty frustrating.

That being said, the concept of the design is wonderful and the fabric is great quality. And fit issues aside, the dress is made very well.

For more fitted styles like this, please add hip measurements to your size chart as well as height/length.

Such a beautifully made dress and it was perfect for my birthday! Fit was a little snug on top but overall it looked and felt great.

Bust too big

The bottom half fits perfectly. The top half…not so much. It’s probably twice the size I need it to be - for reference I’m a 36D and weigh about 162 lbs. According to my measurements I ordered a 12/14 - but unfortunately it looks like I should have sized down. Double unfortunately I think I missed the exchange deadline. It’s very cute though, I ordered the blue and pink and they both look just like the pictures.

Runs small

I want to love this dress but it runs small and isn’t comfortable to wear. Using their sizing chart, a size 4 should have been perfect with a little extra room but it’s much too tight. A little disappointed they don’t except returns or exchanges on international orders (I’m in Canada) so now I’m stuck with a cute dress that’s too small.

The dress arrived quickly since it was an in stock item. I really liked the design and fit!
